This Survey System is owned and managed by SHM. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in individual surveys, all survey data including that which identifies individual respondents will be kept confidential to SHM. Survey data will be processed only for the purposes for which it is intended. We collect and process only such data we need in order to complete the research in line with the project's stated objectives. An individual participant's information will be available to view by them and them alone on request to SHM.
All survey data is retained solely by SHM and is stored on a secure server, which is monitored, firewalled and protected from external internet access, and backed-up every day.
